What are the most important things students and parents need to know or agree to before they use our mock exam service?
Students and parents must complete registration and payment to secure a place in a mock exam session. Students must follow exam conditions during the session. Mock exams are independent practice exams and not affiliated with NESA. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to bookings.

If someone needs to cancel or change their mock exam booking, what's the process and what do they need to be aware of?
If a student needs to cancel or change their mock exam booking, they must notify ExamEdge NSW by email or phone as soon as possible. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or request a refund. Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
What do we expect students and parents to do or agree to when using our service?
Students and parents are expected to provide accurate registration information, complete payment to secure a place, and follow all exam conditions during mock exam sessions. Students must complete the exam independently. Parents and students should also respect the scheduled times, communication guidelines, and cancellation policy when using the service.
